Have you noticed the geese flying back and forth over the area last month. I have this friend who was often in the back yard gardening as they flew over. She said they were so low as she could see the colour of nail polish they were wearing. Some times when she could see they were going to fly directly overhead she would take cover under the overhang over the back door. "With that many, one of them probably give a 'lookout below', " she said.

I see we are doing a story on the Beaver Boxing Club. Joe Sandulo and I go back over 30 years. We worked in the same section for a few years. Joe has been the force for about 30 years, give or take a few years of the Beaver Boxing Club. Joe is one of those people whose work used to interfere with their hobbies, since he retired, most of his time has been taken up by the club. He has redirected the aggressions of more youth to a positive outlook and improving their self-esteem than a lot of psychologist in Ottawa. I noticed Joe's experence in the olympic games (more year ago than he probably wants to admit) were not mentioned. But than again, that could be another story.
