My Bundle of Joy Program is a program for teens and young women under 25 years who are pregnant or who have a child under 2 years of age. The program is located at Bellevue Community Centre, 1475 Caldwell Ave., and operates Tuesday mornings from 9:30 – 11:30. Free transportation and child care is provided for participants in the Carlington area. This program offers a chance to meet other young women who are pregnant or have young children. It provides education in child development, parenting, nutrition and self-care. A nurse practitioner, parent-child worker and dietition are on site for advice and support.
