The Carlington Summit

Girl Guides of Canada is all about fun, friendship, adventure and new challenges. The program focuses on the development of personal values, promotes social, physical, intellectual and emotional growth and is adaptable to the age and experience of each girl. Adventures and learning are not limited to the weekly meeting as some units may hold weekend excursions such as camping, hiking or other fun and interesting activities.

The units that are currently open in the Carlington community are: Sparks, for girls aged 5-7, meet Mondays from 6:00-7:00 at St. Elizabeth School. Brownies, for girls aged 7-9, time and location of meetings to be announced. Guides, for girls aged 9-12, meet Mondays from 7:00-8:30, at St. Elizabeth School. Leaders are always welcome for any age group. Registration for all age groups will take place on Thursday, September 14 from 6:30 to 7:30 at St. Peter's Church.
